Dropbox really does simplify syncing your files/life online and across computers for access anywhere, and best of all ‘It’s Free’.
You can also sync your files between your mobile, colleagues, or share them with friends & family.
The really nice feature is that sits along side your other main content folders, and all you need to is to save/drop the file in the folder, and it will automatically download them and sync with all the other computers you want to share these files with.
It a great way of saving time as you don’t need to create an email to send an attachment, and the Dropbox icon in the task bar tells you when any new files have been added etc.
Now you can browse the files in your Dropbox folder from anywhere! Share links to files, save photos and video from your camera to your computers, and open files using your mobile.
The free version gives you up to 2GB storage space so even business can benefit. You can purchase more space it you wish, but for every new person you introduce to Dropbox you get an extra 250MB free space (limit 8GB)
